Experience gained through countless services, modifications, assistance, and new installations led to the design of an innovative machine designed to solve nonwovens rewinding problems. Lack of competition among manufacturers of these types of machines led to a market stagnation for over 25 years, without introducing real innovation and leaving customers dissatisfied. All of this was the driving force.

Contamination. PRIMA TNT is completely electromechanical, thus eliminating the need for hydraulic movements typical of "traditional" rewinders. This eliminates the need for hydraulic system maintenance, such as filter replacements, oil changes, or annoying performance changes due to the physical properties of hydraulic fluids changing with temperature. PRIMA TNT has eliminated a concrete problem and, more importantly, increased precision performance in the positioning of mechanical parts with electromechanical axis control and servomotors.
